Have you heard of Mexican Train Dominoes?
It’s played like normal dominoes and is easy to learn and surprisingly addictive.
Check out YouTube on how to play. Just be aware that there are loads of variations on the rules, but the major difference between this and normal dominoes is the fact that the maximum number of dots is 12 rather than 6. There will be people on hand to get you started when we play soon at the Langford Village Community Hall.
We are planning our first evening Community Event at the Hall on Saturday 13th June. We will set up from 6.30pm aiming to start play at 7pm and run until 9.45pm. Tables can be booked NOW at a cost of £10 for a table of 4.or £2.50 per person.
Bring along your set of dominoes or when booking advise that you need to book one of our sets. Please book your table at bookings@lvca.org.uk. There are 10 tables available.
Each table will be given a score card to complete and there will be a small prize for the winner on each table.
Please bring your own food and drink – or order in. Tea and coffee will be provided.
Join us for a fun, relaxing evening as we start these new events to help bring our Langford Village community further together.
