About

Langford Village Community Association

The Langford Village Community Association (LVCA) exists to protect and promote the well-being of the residents of Langford Village and adjacent settlements (broadly defined as the area in Bicester bounded by the A41, A4421 and the railway).

Our aims are to liaise, lobby and collaborate with local and voluntary authorities for the improvement and advancement of education and health, the enhancement of the physical infrastructure and facilities for the benefit of all members of the community.

Our main responsibility is the management of the Langford Village Community Centre in Bicester. The Community Hall provides facilities for a wide range of recreational and social activities. By providing these facilities for the benefit of the community we aim to foster a community spirit for the achievement of these and other charitable objectives.

The LVCA is run by a committee of volunteers. The Association itself is non-party in politics and non-sectarian in religion.
