Hall reopening schedule
Status
We are allowed to reopen the Hall in stages as follows:
- From 12th April – regular parent and child groups
- From 17th May – All other regular groups
- 21st June – casual events can resume (for pre-booked parties and other one-off events)
It is already possible to book for casual events on dates beyond 21st June.

Reopening News
Status
The Hall remains closed, however we hope users will be able to return soon in line with the Government’s Step Plan, as follows :-

We are awaiting further guidance before confirming the steps for other Regular User Groups, and will contact group leaders individually.
Covid-19 Rules for Hall Users
The Hall has been fully risk assessed and special rules are now in place which must be followed by all regular user groups and attendees within each user group when Langford Village Community Centre reopens on Monday 21st September 2020.
Please ensure that if you are organising an approved activity you are aware in advance of all that is required in order to safely hold your own sessions and to protect the safety of others.

Committee members of Langford Community Association will visit the Hall regularly during activity sessions to check and ensure everyone is observing all the measures necessary.

All activities in the hall have been suspended during the Covid-19 emergency. If you have a question about a future booking you may still email bookings@langfordlife.org.uk
We have already contacted everyone who has made a private booking of the hall during April and May 2020. We’ll inform everyone here when and how service will resume.
